The service at this boutique hotel was excellent and the staff made our Christmas stay truly memorable. the chef was friendly and accommodating, willing to cook anything from the menu to our liking. the rooms were really nice and cozy, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. We also appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk away from the town itself. the breakfast served in the morning was simple yet filling and the staff, including the resident manager, served us with a smile.
There were a few aspects that we were not entirely satisfied with. the TV in our room was quite outdated and only displayed a blue screen, which definitely needs to be fixed.

The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay, offering a warm welcome with a cup of tea and serving a delicious breakfast with a smile.
No major issues, everything was perfect.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel facilities were top-notch and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, as it was within a 5-minute walk to the town hall and close to the city center. We loved being in the tea plantation area of the country and enjoyed the beautiful views. Plus, there was a great Indian restaurant nearby that we highly recommend. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast served here!
Can't fault the property in any way.

During my Easter stay, I was impressed by the courteous staff who warmly welcomed me and served tea in their lovely gardens. They were helpful and friendly, providing assistance with luggage and lending umbrellas for walks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with toiletries and complimentary water provided. the location was convenient, with a short walk to a fruit market, shops, and nearby restaurants.
One negative aspect of my stay was the cold and damp atmosphere in the guest house. Despite the portable heater provided, I struggled to warm up, which made it difficult to sleep.

Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive, with tasteful and cozy decorations that created a comfortable ambiance. Finally, the location was fantastic, being close to the city center and an excellent Indian restaurant, as well as situated in the beautiful tea plantation area of the country.
Everything was great and there is nothing that needs improvement.
